If you’re inquiry has to do with post office issues please contact your local PO for Solutions. If your order has been lost, stolen, damaged, or stuck in transit you can file a claim with (I definitely want you to have your goodies in a timely manner, but once I drop it off at the post office it’s a bit out of my hands sadly. USPS or route can best assist you if this is your concern)

If your order was damaged then please contact route insurance directly, let them know that the package and what specific item was damaged. If you did not have route insurance then wg is not responsible and we will not be able to replace your order and/or damaged item.
